This fashion includes 3 pieces shown. Skirt, top,
and hat. It is based on my Urchin Theme.The top
is made of brown velvet and laces up the back
through brass grommets. Fully lined. The skirt is
done in layers of brown silk chiffon and gold
crinkle voile, with the addition of some other very
nice contrasting colors. Skirt ties in back with long
brown silk sashing.
